So when creating a chat flow, it would be good to either have the option for line breaksor paragraphs in a message, or to allow chatflow where the bot can send 2 messages without waiting for a response.
An example of this would be where we want to collect the name and email for offline customers, so chatflow 1 would say we are offline, and then either a couple of line breaks/new paragraph and then “Can I take your name?”
