I would like to propose the addition of multilingual support to Charla. This feature would enable real-time translation for live chats, email communication, tickets, and chatbots, as well as provide the option to translate helpdesk articles.

With this functionality, businesses outside the English-speaking world could offer native-language support, even if their support team is globally distributed. This would make it more affordable for smaller businesses to deliver high-quality support and open up Charla to a much broader, less competitive market.

Adding this feature could significantly enhance Charla’s value proposition, making it one of the few helpdesk systems capable of serving a truly global customer base.
