Display Message, if no agent responds within a specific time frame

It would be great to schedule a message to appear if no agent responds within a specific time frame, such as 2 minutes.

Keep the chat pop-up window open; even when the customer navigates to an other webpage

Actually the Charla pop up window is closed, if the customer navigates to another webpage. Much more customer friendly would be if it stays open. Other chat tools can do that, so it seems possible.
