Could you please enable the redirection of users to our own GDPR – Privacy Policy URL instead of Charla’s? What is the benefit of concealing the Charla logo if it redirects users to a Charla page? Thank you.

September 29, 2024Hello, I hear you, but the problem is it’s us (Charla) thats processing and storing the data, not the site owner, so I think it has to be our privacy policy. Please share your thoughts.

September 29, 2024It’s not a big deal; there’s no need to worry. We already have a cookie consent feature on our platform, and our policy is clearly communicated to all users, and since we can disable it that is good for us.
However, it is necessary to prepare a DPA if you don’t already have one, as your clients from the EU are required to sign it with you, and we will be requesting it once we start using your platform on our website.
